The replacement updates the same disabled documentation-only CodeQL analyze reference from v4.37.0 to the newer officially tagged and exact-commit-verified v4.37.6, aligns init to the same release, and adds a test-first immutable-pin contract plus doctoring. No check, review, or approval from this predecessor is reused.
