파일 읽기 작업(Files.lines, bytesReader.read 등) 이전에 존재 여부를 확인하는 Files.exists() 호출을 제거하고, 파일이 존재하지 않을 때 발생하는 java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException을 바로 처리하도록 코드를 변경했습니다. 이로 인해 파일 읽기 전 불필요한 시스템 I/O(stat) 비용을 줄이고 Time-Of-Check to Time-Of-Use(TOCTOU) 레이스 컨디션을 방지할 수 있습니다.
