…reak) RcppParallel 6.2.0 switched to oneTBB and dropped the tbb::internal symbols that prebuilt qs2/stringfish binaries link against, so loading kaefa fails on every platform (dyn.load: undefined symbol / procedure not found). Force both packages to build from source against the current RcppParallel and bump cache-version to discard poisoned caches. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

How can I continue? After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews. How do review limits work?CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability. For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window. Since ~2026-08-01, every kaefa CI run fails at package load on all platforms:
Root cause: RcppParallel 6.2.0 migrated to oneTBB and dropped the legacy
tbb::internalsymbols. The prebuilt CRAN/PPM binaries ofqs2andstringfish(pulled transitively via mirt → SimDesign → qs2) still link those symbols, and restored package caches carry the stale builds. Confirmed identical failures on macOS (Symbol not found: __ZN3tbb8internal12NFS_AllocateEmmPv), Windows (LoadLibrary failure: The specified procedure could not be found), and Ubuntu — pre-existing on all recent PR branches (e.g. runs 30878110721, 30876579843), unrelated to their diffs.Fix: in all three workflows'
setup-r-dependencies, forcestringfish=?sourceandqs2=?sourceso they compile against the current RcppParallel, and bumpcache-versionto 2 to discard the poisoned caches. Revert both once CRAN/PPM rebuild the binaries against RcppParallel 6.2.0.Unblocks #74 and every other open kaefa PR.
