💡 What: backend/app/spec/dbml_import.pyparse_dbml 함수 내에서 컬럼의 위치를 계산할 때 사용하던 O(N^2) 복잡도의 inline generator expression(sum(1 for ...))을 O(1) 복잡도의 dictionary counter(col_counts)로 대체했습니다.

Pull request overview

This PR improves performance of the backend DBML import path by removing an O(N²) column-position calculation inside parse_dbml, replacing it with an O(1) per-table counter keyed by relation_oid. This fits the codebase’s goal of efficiently importing large schemas into the snapshot JSON format.

Changes:

  • Replaced sum(1 for ...) column counting with a col_counts dictionary counter to compute column_position in O(1).
  • Added a short internal “Bolt” learning note documenting the anti-pattern and the preferred fix.

File Description
backend/app/spec/dbml_import.py Replaces per-column O(N) scan with an O(1) dictionary counter for column_position, removing an O(N²) hotspot.
.Jules/bolt.md Documents the performance lesson and recommended pattern for avoiding inline generator-based counting in loops.

Pull request overview

OpenCode cannot approve yet because required coverage evidence did not pass.

Review outcome

1. HIGH .github/workflows/opencode-review.yml:1 - Coverage evidence did not prove required test/docstring evidence

  • Problem: The required coverage-evidence job result was failure, so OpenCode cannot establish approval sufficiency for this head.

  • Root cause: Automated approval is only valid when the same-head coverage-evidence job proves supported repository test suites passed and configured docstring gates passed or were advisory, or reports not applicable because no supported source files or package manifests exist. Missing, failed, skipped, unavailable, or unsupported-tooling test evidence is a blocker.

  • Fix: Install or configure the repository test/docstring evidence tooling when source files or package manifests exist, rerun the current-head coverage-evidence job, and approve only after it reports success with required evidence or explicit no-source not-applicable evidence.

  • Regression test: Keep the approval branch checking needs.coverage-evidence.result == success before posting APPROVE, and publish REQUEST_CHANGES when coverage-evidence blocker states such as cancelled, skipped, failed, unsupported-tooling, or below-100 evidence are present.

  • Result: REQUEST_CHANGES

  • Reason: coverage-evidence result was failure, so required test/docstring evidence was not proven for current head 500f9b328e8e2a1e3f267b83a4d19259734ecf7b.

Closed as superseded/duplicate agent perf micro-optimization; main already has comparable Bolt export/render opts (#561/#538). Commercial-baseline drain: not uniquely required.
