Open BOY detached without CS-Studio main workbench screen

I comment I here often is that users would like to 'double-click' on a file, and just open that opi file in a minimal way.

Currently at FRIB, we register some cs-studio extensions with the CS-Studio Windows installer. And, with opi files, they open detached. This is nice, but the Main workbench still opens. Maybe we could add another option mindetach, which starts a minimal cs-studio to run the opi file (not saving any state to the users workbench).

Here at Diamond, we've put a fair amount of work into more or less exactly this. Here's an image of what we call an 'EDM mode' window:

The conversion is largely done using the provided EDM converter.

Ah! We should talk details! Just wondering, is the BOY screen a
viewpart or an editpart? Or does it work with both?

We have a strong requirement from operators that we can create screens which resemble the EDM ones - even 'compact mode' is a bit much. This is actually an SWT Shell, not an editor or a view, which does mean that you lose some features (right-click being the most obvious at present).

Two of us are coming to the EPICS meeting in China, so I hope that we'll be able to talk to some of the CS-Studio experts.
