Detatched Top OPI screen Severe Err.

Can you reproduce this?
Is this CSS 3 or 4?
Does it only happen when you 'detach' the display?
What's the URL, does it contain spaces or other strange characters?

-Yes this error is reproduce able.
-This is on the CSS frib product 3.3.9.v1.
-I open a Top OPI with a URL path, it's Position=Detatched, and when I close it I get this Error. If I delete the position from the Top OPI preferences, having it default to attached, I no longer receive this Error. Detatch it again: Error re-occurs.
-"https://controls.frib.msu.edu/css/opis/rea900w/Main.opi" I don't believe there are any strange characters in the URL.

Again, it's only when I close the detached window when I get the Error. The opi seems to load fine.

Good news: This error doesn't happen with CSS off the 'master' branch, for Eclipse 4.

Even with CSS/Eclipse 3, the error is in the org.csstudio.utility.file.IFileUtil, which for some reason monitors view parts as they get closed.
Seems totally unrelated to the opibuilder, not sure what's starting that IFileUtil, since we're not including that in the SNS products. Kunal?

I assume the OLog support starts the IFileUtil to remove downloaded files, and it's crashing when checking a closed opibuilder "View" for its related file.

I just checked that the o.c.logbook.ui currently has it's own IFileUtil which manages the temporary files the logbook viewer creates (Although it needs to be migrated to the common IFileUtil)
I think Frib uses the org.csstudio.utility.file.IFileUtil to support their usage of dynamically creating screens using opi templates, although based on the error I can't tell for sure it that is the cause, Eric might be able to answer this in detail.
