What and why?
Memory.md can be extended indefinitely. Added a logic to prune (summarize/merge/remove) the first 2/3 memory items and keep the latest 1/3, when memory item >= 200. Memory item are also restricted to 150 words now. Memory processing will only be triggered when new workflow lock is not locked, and when there are unprocessed event.
