docs: add usage examples for remaining issue #7 modules#83

Document file-based examples for every remaining unchecked item in the issue #7 checklist: symmetric (refreshed to the current AES/ChaCha trait API), hashers, asymmetric RSA, Ed25519 signatures, X25519 key exchange, HMAC, HPKE, ASCON-AEAD sponges, and Zstandard compression. Note that the "Digital Signature" and "ecdsa" checklist items refer to implementations that were removed/never shipped, and point readers to Ed25519 / RSA instead.
