- Refactored Tabular().Refresh() to better handle partitions.
- Removed local file from repository and calling outside to avoid reliance on .gitignore.
- Added Database.Refresh() to Tabular().ReloadInfo() to recalc estimated model size after refreshes or changes.
- Updated pytests to account for local file change.
