[Bug] [Client] Chunjun client does not support kerberos when submitting tasks

What happened

Submitting tasks to a flink session running on hadoop with kerberos enabled is not supported.

What you expected to happen

The task could be submit.

How to reproduce

1. Prepare a kerberos-enabled hadoop environment
2. start the flink session according to the readme instructions
3. submit tasks to the flink session according to the readme
