What does this PR do?
This PR deprecates the DdRumUserInteractionTracking class and its member functions via JSDoc annotations. It also adds a runtime warning informing users that this interaction-tracking mechanism is no longer maintained and encouraging them to migrate to the @datadog/mobile-react-native-babel-plugin–based configuration.
