Offboarding checklist

• Arrange a time for them to return their Fob and/or Key.
• Remove the member from the #active_members channel.
• Amend the next members meeting agenda so cashflow can be forecasted.
• Remove them from the invoice list.
• Remove them from the team-decent group on Github.
• Find a new assignee to any regular tasks they have been performing.
• Ensure they have cleared and unlocked any lockers in use.
• Ensure their accounts on any of the computers or servers are disabled.
