This mirrors a fix for wg-quick (NixOS/nixpkgs#139526) which handles various resolvconf providers on NixOS.
This allows installing the package with systemd-resolve enabled and properly handling DNS servers provided as part of location config.
This also introduces a CI workflow which automatically updated the pnpm hash in the nix package.
