About the PR

• Fixes CBURN don't have ERT access. #5680
• This PR gives CBURN, ERT access as well as some gear changes

Why / Balance

When ERT access, was made, we forgot about CBURN, this will address this, they also got some gear changes. Like ERT Information HUD and ERT mag boots. they also now have jaws of life in their chest rig.

Technical details

• CBURN now have ERT access.
• Changed out combat boots for ERT mag boots.
• Changed out sec glasses with ERT information HUD.
• Added Jaws of life to chest rig.
• Added a combat knife to duffel bag as they lost the one in the boots.
