Add mask method to MetaSWAP model

We do not add masking to MetaMod, as this would entail chaning things in primod, I think we can ask from users to initiate the MetaMod object again after masking their Modflow6 simulation and MetaSWAP model.

I think the operation can be a lot more simplistic than for MODFLOW6: Masking already takes place when svats are determined upon calling MetaSwapModel.write() when calling grid_pkg.generate_isactive_svat_arrays(). So the only thing that MetaSwapModel.mask() needs to do is:

• Look for GridData package
• Mask its active grid
