On regular-width devices with globalAppearance.deckMode enabled, the view takes the DeckTimelineLayout branch above, while both newly added changelog presentations are confined to this non-deck branch. Consequently, those users never see or dismiss the changelog, and their stored version remains stale until they disable deck mode; add a single changelog presentation around the deck layout rather than omitting it from that path.
