What's this PR do?
Refactor some of what I'm calling the "takeover" modal into a class that we can use for various things. In this case, I also set up an
OrganDonationclass that extends theTakeoverclass and lets use use the modal functionality for the custom organ donation flow.Relevant tickets
Address #6482
