Summary

Sync docs/security/public-security-reports.md with current GitHub issue state.

Mark stale report rows closed where GitHub is closed.
Keep Static HKDF salt "RATLS" with no key versioning #552, Disk encryption key and WireGuard key visible in /proc/PID/cmdline #556, and Security: App keys and decrypted env vars written with world-readable permissions #606 open.
Checked Onboarding audit: cut 'time to first dstack app' from ~22 steps to a single script #699/Simplify deployment: unify dstack and meta-dstack workflows #422 docs references; no docs update was needed.

Compared every report-table row against live gh issue view state.

Docs-only. No issue state was changed.
