An EIDF CES development environment is currently unsupported. SHS Container Guide documentation has been updated accordingly. Also did general formatting changes, for consistency.

An EIDF CES development environment is currently unsupported. SHS Container Guide documentation has been updated accordingly. Also did general rewording and formatting changes, for consistency within and between these pages.
