The documentation is here, but just in case you'd like to typeset it yourself:

• Install additional packages
  $ sudo apt install gnuplot golang graphviz libgsl-dev make noweb texlive texlive-latex-extra texlive-science texlive-pstricks texlive-fonts-extra
• Typeset the documentation
  $ make doc
  This generates the file doc/esaDoc.pdf
