Issue found when executing PR #16723

Action Performed:

1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/

Expected Result:

Apple icon is present and clickable, user is able to login using Apple ID

Actual Result:

Apple icon is NOT present and space under "Sign in with" is not clickable
