3. Click on the emoji icon
4. Hover over any emoji or focus any emoji with the arrow keys

Expected Result:

Emoji should be centered in the focused area

Actual Result:

Emoji is not centered in the focused area

Proposal

Change styles.emojiText padding from (4 px vertical, 8 px horizontal)
to (3 px vertical, 5 px horizontal)

Marking this external so that it goes to the next phase, which is creating a job on Upwork. I think we can skip to the next phase after that, since @rushatgabhane has offered an acceptable solution.
