Account Number and Routing Number not saved if user exits after continuing to Company Info Step

Action Performed:

1. Go to Settings->Work Space->Expensify Card and hit Get Started
2. Fill out account number and routing number and hit save & continue
3. Exit the modal and click Get Started again

Expected Result:

The previously entered account number and routing number should be populated

Actual Result:

The form is empty and the user has to re-enter the info

Workaround:

User must re-enter info
