Action Performed:

1. Go to Account settings > Preferences
2. Toggle "Mute all sounds from Expensify" to "ON"
3. Signout and Singnin

Expected Result:

Preference settings are saved for each platform and remain intact after the user signs out and signs back in.

Actual Result:

Preference settings not saved and toggles back to "OFF"
