Action Performed:

Precondition: use gmail account to sign in

1. Open #expensify-roadmap public room (https://staging.new.expensify.com/r/2091104345528462)
2. Scroll to the top of the page
3. Send a message

Expected Result:

Page will scroll to bottom

Actual Result:

Page scrolling takes too much time because it scrolls by pixels.
In Devtools > Network tons of requests are sent
