Issue was found while executing QA for PR #55589

Version Number: v9.0.94-1

Device used: windows 10/Chrome, iPhone/Chrome
App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Sign in with a new Gmail account without + iteration
2. In the onboarding flow, select "Manage my team's expenses" > Complete the onboarding
3. Go to settings > Workspace > Create another workspace
4. Navigate back to inbox and observe LHN

Expected Result:

#admins room of the newly created workspace is displayed in LHN

Actual Result:

#admins room of the workspace is not displayed unless the page is refreshed

I think this the expected

The testing video here is not clear. I have restested and the behaviour seems to be that the admins room does not display until there is an action taken by an Admin or a message being sent by a Guide:

In the example above, the account is being sent a Guides onboarding message which causes it to show.

So maybe the issue is that there is a delay on a message being sent, but I don't think the issue is the room itself.
