This issue will deprecate the "Add approvals" onboarding step in all cases that it was previously created, as we are automatically enabling workflows/approvals when we create a workspace moving forward.

   If spanish exists fix that too, also i think in some recent PR we by default updated the add approval to get enabled, if so then fix this message for those cases too

Note that now we decided to remove this task completely, so we will remove this task completely from the flow and also from the backend
