Action Performed:

  1. Account A: Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/ in Chrome incognito window and log in with a new Gmail account
  2. Account B: Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/ in Chrome normal window and log in with a new Gmail account
  3. Account A: Open a chat with account B and send any message
  4. Account B: Open the chat with account A and send any message
  5. Account B: In the opened chat, send a manual IOU with any amount
  6. Account A: Navigate to Reports - Expense Reports
  7. Account A: Open the expense

Expected Result:

Skeleton loader should be visible.

Actual Result:

Skeleton loader isn't visible when opening the expense from the Expense Reports view.
