Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Account has self DM.

1. Open a photo from device gallery.
2. Tap Share.
3. Select Expensify.
4. Select Submit.
5. Select self DM.
6. Tap Create expense.

Expected Result:

The expense is created without issue.

Actual Result:

The expense cannot be created. RBR shows up and it shows error on the transaction thread.
