Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

The page opens and does not scroll down to the linked section

What is the root cause of that problem?

HTML anchor links (#section) are case-sensitive by default, the browser looks for an exact ID match in the DOM.

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

Add the following logic to main.js or help/default.js:

  const lowerCaseHash = window.location.hash.toLowerCase();
  const element = document.getElementById(lowerCaseHash.slice(1));
  
  if (element) {
    element.scrollIntoView({
      behavior: 'smooth' // Adds smooth scrolling
