Action Performed:

1. Open the app
2. Log in with any account
3. Navigate to Settings - Troubleshoot

Expected Result:

"Use profiling" option should be available.

Actual Result:

"Use profiling" option is missing. Repro with Gmail and Expensifail accounts too.
