App Component: User Settings

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to Settings > Security.
3. Tap Merge account.
4. Enter email of another account that has enabled 2FA.
5. Mark "I understand this is not reversible" checkbox.
6. Click Next.
7. Enter magic code.
8. Click "Learn more about merging accounts" link.

Expected Result:

"Learn more about merging accounts" link will open a valid help site.

Actual Result:

"Learn more about merging accounts" link opens not here page
