Action Performed:

1. Open app
2. Log in with new account (Select Track and budget expense on Onboarding screen)
3. Tap FAB > Create Expense > Manual
4. Input some random amount and proceed to the next step

Expected Result:

There should be Manager McTest account in Recipient list

Actual Result:

There is no Manager McTest account in Recipient list, need to reload page to see it
