Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to any chat.
3. Send a video.
4. Right click on the video > Reply in thread.
5. Click on the video.
6. Click expand icon.
7. Click full screen button.

Expected Result:

The video will open in full screen.

Actual Result:

The video becomes blank.

i have different behavior while reproduce issue with Use Staging Server is OFF . video is broken and infinite loading while i played.
