Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Delayed submissions enabled and approvals disabled.

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Tap on "Reports" on the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap on FAB and select "Create Expense"
4. Complete the creation flow and submit the expense to a workspace.
5. Once redirected to "Reports", note that the second avatar displayed on expense preview, is shown as "HIdden" and then disappears.
6. Tap on "Submit"
7. Note that the avatar reappears after this action, but now with the correct user name.

Expected Result:

Avatar displayed on the expense preview on "Reports" should show the correct user name when expense is submitted.

Actual Result:

When submitting an expense while on "Reports" section, the second avatar displayed on expense preview, shows the word "Hidden" and then disappears. Avatar reappears with the correct user name after tapping on "Submit".
