Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Log in with Expensifail account

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat that has no unsettled expense
3. Submit an expense
4. Click on the expense preview to go to expense report
5. Click on the expense
6. Type anything in the composer in transaction thread RHP
7. Note that there is no report with draft in LHN (there should be one)
8. Close the RHP
9. Submit another expense
10. Now the report with draft shows up in LHN

Expected Result:

In Step 7, when the report has draft, it should show up in LHN

Actual Result:

In Step 7, when the report has draft, it does not show up in LHN
In Step 10, the report with draft only shows up in LHN when there are at least two expenses in the report
