Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Have at least two workspaces created
Prerequisite 2: Workspace 1 has delayed submissions and approvals disabled
Prerequisite 3: Workspace 2 has delayed submissions and approvals enabled

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website
2. Open any workspace chat
3. Submit a manual expense
4. Open the expense report and tap on the header
5. Tap on "Share" and copy the expense´s URL
6. Return to expense report
7. Paste the URL and add /change-workspace at the end of it
8. Send the URL and tap on it
9. Choose another workspace to move the expense to
10. Note that now, a "Waiting for you to pay expense" message is displayed on top of report, despite the expense being unapproved

Expected Result:

After moving expense to another workspace, the message on top of report should be "Waiting for you to approve expense" if the expense is still unapproved

Actual Result:

After moving an expense to a different workspace with delayed submissions and approvals enabled, a "Waiting for you to pay expense" message is displayed on top of the report, despite the expense still being unapproved
