Expense-New WS chat created as "Chat Report" when adding accountant and avatar leads to error

Device used: Motorola MotoG60 - Android 12 - Chrome / Windows 10 - Chrome
App Component: Other

Action Performed:

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com
2. Tap on FAB and select "Create Expense"
3. Complete the creation flow and submit the expense to Self DM.
4. On system message below the expense, tap on "Share with my accountant"
5. Add another user that is not part of "Contacts" or "Recents" as accountant.
6. Tap on "Next"
7. Select any workspace to submit the expense to.
8. Add a merchant and submit the expense.
9. Return to LHN.
10. Note that a new workspace chat was created for the accountant, with "Chat Report" as name.
11. Open the workspace chat.
12. Note that a fallback avatar is displayed instead of user´s avatar.
13. Tap on the avatar.
14. Note that you are redirected to an error page.

Expected Result:

Workspace created when adding user as accountant, should display the correct name and avatar, and tapping on the avatar should redirect to correct profile.

Actual Result:

Workspace created when adding user as accountant, is displaye as "Chat Report" and shows a fallback avatar. Also, tapping on the avatar inside the chat, leads to "It´s not here" page.
