App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Pre-requisite: a workspace connected to QBO and auto sync is enabled.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create an expense and pay it
3. When the export fails, verify that the Export primary button is shown
4. Tap More and manually export the expense
5. Verify that the Export button is not shown

Expected Result:

The export primary button is not displayed after choosing the "Mark as manually exported" option in the More menu.

Actual Result:

The export primary button is not hidden when manually exporting the expense for the first time. After the second try, the button is hidden.
The export primary action is displayed before it fails (PR Step 2 fails).
