[Due for payment 2025-06-02] Update SetFeedName to include domainAccountID for domain feeds

Feature Description

We need to update the SetFeedName API command to pass the domainAccountID when attempting to set the name for a domain feed. That way the API can know that we want to update a domain feed and not the workspace feed.
