Issue reported by: Applause - Internal Team

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Log in with an expensifail account that has a WS with EUR as decault currency
3. Navigate to Workspace settings - Workflows - Connect bank account
4. Tap on "Start over" button
5. Tap on the "Yes, start over" button
6. Navigate to the admins room

Expected Result:

The message could be "Cleared partially entered business bank account data", or there shouldn't be any notification at all for this action

Actual Result:

Starting over the bank account flow triggers an invalid message in the #admins room (updated the default business bank account to "None")

I don't think this is a bug. The bank account is set, even if it is in a partially completed state.
