App Component: Notifications

Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.expensify.com
  2. Sign up with a Gmail account by selecting "Organize my own expenses"
  3. Select "Get paid back from my employer" from the intent selector and complete the onboarding flow
  4. Go to OD and set USD as the Report currency in the individual workspace
  5. Back to ND, create a valid scan expense and submit it to a non-existent account (User B)
  6. Send any message in the expense thread
  7. Wait around 10 minutes, and go to the email inbox and look for the email with the message notification

Expected Result:

The message email notification is received.

Actual Result:

The message email notification is not received.
