Right now we are hard blocking users from enabling travel and telling them to just reach out to their account manager. This is actively preventing customers from moving forward with travel since it requires manual work

Why is this important?

Getting customers onto travel makes us money and reduces churn. Losing users to a bad UX is a direct negative to the business.
