Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Create a workspace
3. Go to WS chat and create an expense then click submit button
4. Go to Reports > Chats
5. Click on the one that has the report preview of the expense created in step 3.
6. On the report RHP, create another money request
7. Navigate back to Chats.

Expected Result:

After creating a new expense in the report RHP, the expense should appear in Reports > Chats

Actual Result:

After creating a new expense in the report RHP, an empty report appears in Reports > Chats.
