Action Performed:

rerequisite: Account has a Self DM.
Prerequisite 2: Account has at least one workspace created

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website
2. Open any workspace chat
3. Submit a manual expense to it
4. Navigate to Self DM
5. Submit a manual expense to it
6. Open the just created expense and return to chat again
7. Turn off internet connection
8. Open the expense again
9. Tap on the report field and select the report of the expense created on workspace chat
   10 Note that you are redirected to report, and both expenses are displayed in it
10. Return to Self DM
11. Note that the just moved expense, is still displayed and it´s not shown with a strikethrough on amount
12. Navigate to workspace chat
13. Note that expense is also displayed there

Expected Result:

Expense that was moved to a report while offline, should be displayed with reduced opacity and a strikethrough on the amount on Self DM, until recovering internet connection

Actual Result:

Expense that was moved to a report while offline, is displayed on Self DM and workspace chat at the same time. On Self DM, expense is not displayed with reduced opacity or with amount with a strikethrough

trying to reproduce... I see that in production it is not possible to change the report of the tracked expense:

so this is a new feature...

Yea, we enabled that feature. I think we're missing some optimistic update in the actual API command though
