New Group - Drafted message is not saved if the group doesn't have any messages yet

Action Performed:

1. Create a new group
2. Draft a message in the compose box
3. Navigate to another conversation
4. Group chat should now disappear from LHN
5. Create the same group again
6. Check for the drafted message.

Expected Result:

Drafted message should be displayed.

Actual Result:

Drafted message is not saved in the group conversation.

Workaround:

None - message is lost.

1. Draft a message with individual user
2. Start a new group chat
3. Draft comment entered in 1 should not be linked to group chat started in 2
