We have a few lingering design follow up items we need to fix for the expenses row style on mobile.
When there is no category or tag but an RBR exists, let's remove the blank space above the RBR:
When there is a comment indicator, but no category or tag, and an RBR, let's make the RBR use the same line as the comment indicator for the RBR so we avoid the awkward negative space above the RBR:
