Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.expensify.com
2. Go to Account.
3. Right click on Help.
4. "Copy URL to clipboard" menu is missing.
5. Resize to small screen.
6. Right click on Help.
7. "Copy URL to clipboard" menu is present.

Expected Result:

"Copy URL to clipboard" menu should be present when right-clicking on Help on web layout.

Actual Result:

"Copy URL to clipboard" menu is not shown when right-clicking on Help on web layout, but it is present on mobile layout (mweb, Android and iOS).

"Copy URL to clipboard" menu is not shown when right-clicking on Help on web layout, but it is present on mobile layout (mweb, Android and iOS).

What is the root cause of that problem?

On the large screen, the active route is not the initial setting route, then it returns early here

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

It was added here to fix the bug, the popover is shown while navigating but it's wrong on the large screen. We should use isScreenFocused instead of checking the active route

Help menu is only shown when the route is active (ROUTES.SETTINGS), but this check is preventing the context menu from appearing in web layout

We should modify the route check to exclude the Help menu item
