Action Performed:

1. Login to ND using Expensifail account
2. Create a new workspace
3. Go to workspace or 1:1 chat
4. Create some manual expenses and verify its grouped into one single expense report
5. Create a smart scan expense

Expected Result:

Smart scan expense should be created as a new expense report

Actual Result:

Smart scan expense is created as a new expense report while its scanning and then auto group to manual expenses
