Action Performed:
Launch ND Hybrid app, log in with the expensifail account
On "Validate your bank account" page enter 3 random amounts and try to validate 7 times, until "Validation for this bank account has been disabled..." message is displayed
Tap back arrow to navigate to the "Connect bank account" page
Try to tap "Start over" option
Expected Result:
User is taken to the start of the bank account flow
Actual Result:
"Start over" option is disabled after too many attempts to validate bank account. After clearing cache the bank account is displayed in the Workflows, when tapping it the error is displayed and the "Start over" is enabled
